Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a communications focused role, including internal communications, content strategy, and writing/presentation development
  • Experience working closely with technologists as part of a technology company or function, or equivalent agency experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and convey them in writing to a variety of audiences
  • Experience planning and executing in-person and virtual events, including coordinating production and supporting content development
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build consensus among groups
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards
Responsibilities
  • Draft and distribute internal communications tailored for specific audiences, including weekly wrap ups, functional news, organizational announcements, service updates, training materials, and updates on key projects and initiatives
  • Support the preparation and production of team events, including helping speakers prepare, coordinating with internal and external groups on logistics, and maintaining responsibility for events running smoothly
  • Manage the Technology group's presence on the firm's intranet, ensuring users have access to essential tech-related information, updates, how to guides, and more
  • Build trusted relationships with technologists and other stakeholders across the organization
  • Help gather feedback and present recommendations for further improving communication and connectivity across the firm
