Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in business development, venture capital, or private equity, ideally within technical products or relevant sectors
  • Outstanding communicator; verbal, written, and when presenting
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance, whether in academia, work, sports, or other areas where you’ve applied yourself
  • Gravitas and presence to engage with highly experienced professionals

Responsibilities
  • Be the first Business Development hire at one of Europe’s most promising early-stage companies
  • Collaborate with top 10-20 Private Equity and Growth Equity funds, hosting regular procurement events for their portfolio companies to build strategic relationships
  • Partner with consulting firms and major analysts to position Omnea as a key player in the industry and raise our profile through strategic collaborations
  • Build strong relationships with procurement-focused organisations and industry influencers to expand Omnea’s presence
  • Form partnerships with procurement contractors, recruiters, consultants, and thought leaders to extend Omnea’s reach within the procurement ecosystem
