Requirements
  • At least 5 years of successful enterprise sales experience selling to law firms or enterprise accounts
  • Experience prospecting, running discovery calls and sales presentations, negotiating, and closing new business in top Law Firms or Enterprise Accounts
  • Deep understanding of value-based selling and SaaS technology
  • Authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
  • Identifying and closing new business within the Enterprise space
  • Developing and managing territory and account plans
  • Meeting with prospects and existing customers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Business Development, and Legal
  • Developing and executing demand generation campaigns
  • Leading sophisticated sales cycles from qualification and demo through close
  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape and Everlaw’s differentiators in the market
  • Using sales tech stack, including Salesforce.com, Outreach, Chorus, SalesNavigator, and ZoomInfo, to uncover, manage, and close new opportunities
  • Continuous growth through training from the Sales Enablement Team and weekly 1:1 coaching from the direct manager
