Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Provide structured weekly individual and group supervision focused on quality, outcomes, and fidelity to the Multisystemic Therapy model.
  • Guide clinical work using the Multisystemic Therapy analytic process.
  • Ensure therapists maintain appropriate caseloads of 5–6 families.
  • Manage referrals and support timely family engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources.
  • Partner with Multisystemic Therapy Experts to ensure model fidelity and ongoing development.
  • Provide weekly individual and group supervision to ensure quality care and adherence to Multisystemic Therapy principles.
  • Guide clinical work using the Multisystemic Therapy analytic process and support effective interventions with families.
  • Manage referrals and caseloads of 5–6 families per therapist, and ensure timely family engagement.
  • Build relationships with community partners and maintain alignment with Multisystemic Therapy standards and Medicaid requirements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with youth and families with complex behavioral needs.
  • Experience with family treatment models, including structural, strategic, functional, or Multisystemic Therapy models.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop clinical staff.
