Responsibilities
  • Successfully configure and launch Coursera’s Enterprise product on-time according to the client’s requirements with high quality
  • Independently manage projects with small and medium sized customers by both leveraging client relationships as well as using data analysis to track our build to launch phase
  • Onboard clients on Coursera’s Enterprise product to ensure awareness and understanding of the platform and the solution and drive high initial adoption within the customer’s organization to drive long term success
  • Assist sales team in pre-sales activities by giving product demos to prospects, provisioning evaluation accesses and answering technical questions related to the Coursera for Business product and integration features (such as SSO, LMS, etc.)
  • Build thought leadership and strategic footprint in defining implementation methodology, create project documentation, procedures and best practices for implementation services while managing requirements, scope and timeline for the project
  • Establish effective feedback mechanism to channel client feedback to cross-functional teams and collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Engineering
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Education Technology and passion for education, education reform, and interest in working for a social enterprise
  • Experience in web practices and technical concepts (SSO, API's, etc)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
  • Passion for problem-solving and creative solutions
  • Strong, proven sense of customer empathy and customer-centrism
  • Fluency in Portuguese a large asset
