Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships from consultation through project completion.
  • Lead and support teams during client moves.
  • Sort, organize, pack, and unpack household items.
  • Supervise and coach team members and foster a positive team culture.
  • Troubleshoot issues and devise appropriate solutions as they occur.
  • Collaborate with leadership and report progress daily.
  • Ensure all work meets Caring Transitions' standards of care and professionalism.
  • Manage donation and cleanout teams.
  • Coordinate partner services.
  • Participate in online auction preparation and auction pickups.
  • Sort and organize the contents of client homes.
  • Participate in online auction preparation, photography, and item listings.

  • Prior leadership experience or team management skills.
  • Flexible availability from part-time to full-time.
