Desired Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Previous recreational industry experience is a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Retail Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, while selling merchandise at one of our village store locations. The Retail Associate will contribute to the customer experience, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied. The ideal Retail Associate will have a personal passion or professional experience within the outdoor industry and recreational activities. Our village store locations that currently have openings include, Burton, TheNorth Face, First Run, & Mountain Sweets. Seasonal full-time and part-time positions available through out our retail portfolio. This role is compensated at $20.00/hour.
Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Must be 16+ years of age
Previous retail, or customer service experience, preferred
Previous recreational industry experience, a plus
A passion for the outdoor industry, a plus
Strong computer literacy
Self-motivated
Strong communication, and organizational skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
