Junior Charter Broker Assistant
About the job
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the yacht charter or luxury hospitality industry.
- A strong understanding of the international yacht charter market and charter regulations, especially MYBA.
- Fluency in English; an additional language is a plus.
- Ability to work confidently with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, travel, yachting, or a premium service environment.
- Comfort using standard office tools and willingness to learn charter systems.
- Support charter brokers with incoming charter enquiries.
- Assist in preparing charter proposals, yacht presentations, and itineraries.
- Communicate with central agents, yacht managers, and charter managers.
- Help update availability, rates, and specifications on charter platforms such as Yachtfolio and CharterPad.
- Coordinate pre-charter documentation and client information.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on enquiries.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the charter team.
- Strong interest in yachts, charter operations, and luxury travel.
- Additional language skills.
- Organizational, negotiation, and client management skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and a passion for yachting and travel.
