Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods is required.
  • Basic computer skills are required; familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet productivity and accuracy standards are required.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are required.
Responsibilities
  • Accurately pull and stage customer orders from warehouse inventory according to pick lists and company standards.
  • Verify product information, including SKU, quantity, and condition, when picking to ensure order accuracy.
  • Scan and confirm items using the Blue Cherry warehouse management system as required.
  • Transport picked orders to the designated staging or packing area in an organized and timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area throughout the shift.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged product, or shortages to a supervisor immediately.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements at all times.
  • Support team goals and assist in other warehouse areas during peak periods or special projects.
  • Participate in training for advancement to Warehouse Associate 2 or other warehouse roles as opportunities arise.
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Department Supervisor or Warehouse Manager.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required.
