THE ROLE: eCOMMERCE PUREPLAY MANAGER
The eCommerce Pureplay Manager is responsible for leading the OLLY business on eCommerce Pureplay Channels. As eComm at OLLY continues to rapidly grow, these channels are critically important in driving revenue and growing our household penetration. The eCommerce Pureplay Manager will be accountable for the delivery of revenue and profit for Amazon.com and emerging pureplay channels. This includes managing retailer relationships, performance reporting, forecasting and inventory planning, product set up as well as overseeing the tools and partners OLLY uses to manage and grow this important channel. As we work to become category leaders, this role will shape our joint business plans with our strategic partners and be accountable for delivering internal and external targets. The eCommerce Pureplay Manager reports to the Director of eCommerce Pureplay while working cross functionally with Brand, Marketing, and Supply Chain and Finance partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Amazon business management through Vendor Central portal, while building relationship directly with Amazon stakeholders through quarterly check-ins and joint business plans.
- Maintain and develop all other pure play platforms to diversify business online
- Track KPIs and scorecards for key business deliverables with a focus on deciphering results and executing learnings. Develop and modify test and learn roadmaps to cultivate continuous optimization of eCommerce platforms.
- Monitor and analyze sku performance, rankings, customer reviews. Build reports and dashboards to help share these learnings cross functionally to brand, marketing, operations and leadership teams.
- Represent eCommerce pureplay in S&OP planning process, developing and maintaining accurate item-level forecasts for consumption and shipments inclusive of retailer inventory strategy.
- Manage third-party support agencies to reduce outages and mitigate losses
- New item setups, ASIN maintenance, suppression issues, and launch strategies

CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED
- 3 – 5 years of experience managing an Amazon sales channel or as an account lead on an Amazon business
- Expert knowledge in Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Adobe Analytics, D365 (ERP). Proficiency generating reports from these platforms to identify opportunities and advocate for solutions.
- Experience working with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Vendor or Seller Central Reporting, ABVP or third-party Amazon data platform.
- Consumer-focused mindset with the ability to give voice to the Amazon shopper
- Excellent cross-functional communicator who can influence through data and insights.
- 3+ years in retail, CPG, wholesale or DTC work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

The pay range for this position is $115,000 - 140,000 dependent on location
