  • Have a foundational command of HTML5, modern CSS3 including Flexbox, CSS Grid, and custom properties, and JavaScript (ES6+), with a mobile-first mindset.
  • Have practical experience building in Webflow alongside component-based frameworks; Vue.js and Nuxt.js are preferred, and React is a plus.
  • Be proficient at inspecting Figma files, working with component variants and auto-layout structures, and extracting web-optimized SVGs and assets.
  • Have a foundational understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and basic server-side rendering concepts to support dynamic integrations.
  • Have functional experience using Git and GitHub or GitLab for branching, pull requests, and collaborative workflows.
Responsibilities

  • Translate Figma UI/UX designs, wireframes, component variants, and interactive prototypes into high-fidelity web pages with precise spacing, typography hierarchy, and asset specifications.
  • Customize Webflow CMS structures and dynamic templates using custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, reusable code blocks, and structured layout logic.
  • Partner with senior engineers and designers to implement UI transitions, micro-interactions, and scroll animations using CSS and animation libraries.
  • Perform asset compression, site speed optimization, cross-browser debugging, and mobile responsiveness checks across viewports.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve routine front-end bugs, broken links, styling regressions, and layout shifts in active staging environments.
  • Assist in configuring, embedding, and testing third-party tools, APIs, webhooks, and marketing analytics tags.
  • Maintain code documentation, follow team web standards, and participate in code reviews.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with web animation libraries such as GSAP (GreenSock) or Framer Motion.
  • A practical understanding of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards.
  • Basic familiarity with Python.
  • Experience with Vue.js and Nuxt.js is preferred; React is a plus.
