Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments and connect with individuals and families interested in benefits information.
  • Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities, listen to concerns and questions, build professional client relationships, and provide a personalized virtual experience.
  • Maintain consistent client follow-up and communication.
  • Explain life insurance, accident, and supplemental health benefit options; answer coverage questions; and help clients understand policy features and choices.
  • Compare available benefit options and provide personalized, needs-focused recommendations.
  • Assist eligible clients with applications and guide them through enrollment and required documentation.
  • Complete applicable digital records accurately and maintain and update client records and documentation.
  • Conduct applicable policy reviews, assist with beneficiary updates, answer general policy and coverage questions, and provide ongoing client follow-up.
  • Direct clients through applicable claims-support procedures and follow company procedures and applicable state requirements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, client services, member services, call centers, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, financial services, education, administrative support, military service, recruiting, account management, or sales transfers well.
