Requirements
  • Strong Python skills with experience in building and monitoring production services or APIs. Experience with third-party APIs is essential.
  • Experience with SQL, ETL, data modeling. Experienced with the lifecycle of building machine learning solutions.
  • Understand the fundamentals of machine learning and artificial intelligence and communicate effectively with AI and Data Scientists.
  • Deep knowledge of Docker, Git, cloud networking, and cloud security for services and infrastructure. Experience with Kubernetes (Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI infrastructure on Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform, including SageMaker, Vertex AI, Triton, and GPU computing.
  • Practical experience with machine learning including classification, clustering, time series forecasting, and anomaly detection; knowledge of the most common libraries.
Responsibilities
  • Integrate and scale hundreds of integrations by extending, scaling, monitoring, and managing them to ensure they are reliable and responsive.
  • Own the integrations by implementing new connections and being the master and owner of these integrations.
  • Optimize the AI pipeline by ensuring it works like clockwork and by improving and supporting its complex infrastructure.
  • Host and monitor natural language processing models and large language models for real-time and batch inference.
  • Develop monitoring systems by creating and supporting robust models for monitoring.
  • Support and innovate by assisting with a long tail of important tasks and bringing innovative solutions to the table.
