Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Drive growth by overseeing the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
  • Position and sell within a set of turnkey solutions, demonstrating their value to technical and executive-level buyers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and presenting Amperity’s CDP as the ideal solution.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Client Services teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of go-to-market strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed team revenue targets and KPIs, while continuously optimizing processes for improved outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
