About the job
- At least 1 year of experience in tire service, automotive work, or warehouse operations is preferred, but not required.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be able to lift items weighing 40 pounds or more and stand for extended periods.
- Have basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tire equipment.
- Have experience using handheld devices, tablets, and computer-based inventory systems.
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Mount, dismount, and balance tires and wheels efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect tires and wheels for damage, wear, and proper fitment.
- Operate tire mounting and balancing equipment safely and effectively.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading deliveries and preparing outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control processes.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or customer pickup.
- Organize and maintain warehouse space to ensure efficiency and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
