Requirements
  • Have 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, product commercialization, business operations, or product strategy, ideally within tech, finance, or consulting.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute commercialization strategies for new products, verticals, and market expansions.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to define target segments, identify whitespace opportunities, and shape differentiated value propositions.
  • Shape product launch strategy by informing feature prioritization, sequencing, and readiness requirements in collaboration with Product.
  • Define and track success metrics for product launches and GTM initiatives, running experiments to validate hypotheses and refine strategies.
  • Partner with Sales and Success to design and operationalize early customer pilots and deployment strategies.
  • Craft commercial playbooks for new products to enable adoption across different customer profiles and verticals.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of new GTM strategies and launch plans.
  • Act as a commercialization partner to Product and Sales, ensuring launches are both strategically sound and executable in market.
