Integrated Psych Solutions provides mental health services inside and outside hospital settings, working with healthcare teams to deliver integrated, continuous care. Its offerings include inpatient and outpatient mental health consultations and support services for hospital patients, clinics, and individuals, with or without referrals, generating revenue from service fees. The product works by coordinating with medical teams to deliver personalized, holistic mental health care that complements medical treatments, ensuring smooth transitions between hospital and community settings. The company differentiates itself through its integrated approach—linking psychiatric care with medical teams to address the whole person across settings—and by tailoring support to each patient’s needs rather than focusing only on symptoms. Its goal is to improve patient outcomes by providing specialized, coordinated mental health care that complements ongoing medical treatment.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • March 2025 Genoa Healthcare partnership deepens discharge continuity and pharmacy utilization.
  • 2026 hiring for neuropsychologists and psychologists signals active service-line expansion.
  • Recent listings show demand across trauma, neurology, emergency, and outpatient care.

What critics are saying

  • Heavy reliance on Augusta and nearby hospital contracts concentrates revenue if one system exits.
  • Inpatient-plus-outpatient staffing needs pressure margins when clinician recruiting slows in 2026.
  • If referral volumes slip, IPS loses the integrated-care funnel that differentiates it.

What makes Integrated Psych Solutions unique

  • Founded in 2019, Augusta-based IPS bridges hospital consults and outpatient follow-up.
  • IPS manages its own providers and billing, reducing hospital operational friction.
  • Telehealth across Georgia and Florida plus in-person Augusta visits broadens access.
