Responsibilities
- Assure the performance of the Bank's IT systems, including analyzing non-functional test requirements; developing non-functional test plans, scenarios, KPIs, and test cases; and setting non-functional test objectives and strategies.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure non-functional requirements are clearly defined and testable.
- Support execution of the non-functional test strategy for complex delivery programs and projects across cloud and on-premise deployments.
- Implement and execute non-functional tests, analyze data, and identify, locate, and resolve performance issues.
- Analyze system performance bottlenecks, recommend performance tuning, assist with tuning, and prepare non-functional test reports.
- Continuously improve the non-functional testing framework and write non-functional testing documents to meet the Bank's development needs.
- Research and implement non-functional testing technologies, select non-functional testing tools, and construct a non-functional testing platform to improve testing quality and efficiency.
- Support a positive and collaborative digital delivery culture focused on continuous improvement, development, and innovation while maintaining compliance.
Desired Qualifications
- Additional training or certification in non-functional testing is highly preferred.
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL), Certified Performance Engineering Professional (CPEP), and Certified Non-Functional Tester (CFT) are listed as certifications/professional licenses, if applicable.
