Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing within the Go to Market Activation team, the Performance Marketing Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders and external digital agencies to support new customer acquisition campaigns across multiple digital ad platforms.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable taking on new challenges and learning new processes and technology quickly. They will be detail-oriented, responsive, solution-oriented, and able to process multiple workflows at once while still meeting agreed upon timelines.
Support the performance marketing team and external digital ad agency in creating and optimizing paid media campaigns that deliver top-of-funnel lead targets and cost-per-lead (CPL) targets
Project manage the creation of advertising graphics in collaboration with the Director of Performance Marketing and the internal creative team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-performing ad copy that aligns to strategic messaging by market while leveraging digital advertising best practices
Collate lead performance metrics and reports through the funnel on a regular cadence, from MQL to pipeline and closed-won revenue, that deliver high-level insights and trends to performance marketing leadership
Research and share emerging trends within the digital ad space and across relevant audiences to improve ad performance
Communicate project updates to key stakeholders in a timely manner and actively participate in regular planning sessions to keep projects on track
Requirements
1+ year experience in performance marketing and/or digital marketing (Marketing degree/relatable internship experience considered)
Familiarity with paid search, paid social, and display advertising strategies and tactics
Some experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook (Meta Ads), LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Capterra, etc.
Excellent writing, communication, time management, and project management skills
Creative, innovative, and resourceful problem-solver with a positive, get-it-done attitude
Ability to work within a highly-collaborative, fast-paced, and cross-functional team
Ability to find solutions in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
Wanting to learn new skills, proactively provide new ideas, and grow within a marketing organization
Comfortable working in a remote environment and connecting on camera regularly with peers
Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
US Base Salary Range: $64,800 - $72,500
