Requirements
  • 5+ years of working experience in a Client Success role within the adtech, digital and/or programmatic industry
  • Passion for digital and understanding of the digital advertising landscape
  • Detail-oriented and organized with flexibility to work on diverse projects and accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem and key industry partners
  • Proven track record of success owning customer relationships, client meetings, product training, data analysis, and strategic business reviews
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations associated with key strategic accounts
  • Develop and maintain solid customer relationships through exceptional client service
  • Monitor pacing and delivery and optimize based on client's success metrics
  • Provide ongoing insights on campaign performance and post-campaign wrap-up analysis
  • Conduct client business reviews
  • Identify ways to grow accounts and bring forth strategic recommendations
  • Help develop best practices within the Operations organization
  • Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing
  • Ensure accuracy of all IO related data
