About the Job

Requirements

  • Professional background in agriculture, such as an agricultural engineer or agricultural technician, or a related field.
  • Experience as a quality inspector for fresh fruit.
  • A mandatory Class B driver's license.
  • A passport.
  • Availability to remain outside Chile for six months.

Responsibilities

  • Verify that received products match the requested quantity, variety, and condition, including reviewing transportation, temperature, and delivery conditions.
  • Compare fruits and vegetables against established international quality standards.
  • Select representative samples from a lot to verify compliance with quality requirements.
  • Record inspection and sampling results in clear, complete reports.
  • Participate in learning rotations across different functions and stages of the process.
