Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED/CAEC is required.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills are required.
  • Ability to read work orders, specifications, and technical drawings is required.
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment is required.
  • Basic computer and math skills are required.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is required.
  • Availability to work continental rotating shifts, including 11–12 hour day and night shifts, is required.
Responsibilities
  • Safely operate, set up, adjust, and monitor production equipment to meet quality and production targets.
  • Perform machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting, and report complex equipment issues.
  • Load raw materials, process products, and transfer finished goods through the manufacturing process.
  • Conduct in-process and final quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Complete production, quality, and inventory documentation accurately.
  • Maintain material traceability and follow work orders and production schedules.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, scrap, and rework.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures, including personal protective equipment requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and perform other assigned duties.
Desired Qualifications
  • Forklift, overhead crane, or other material handling certifications are considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
