- A proven track record delivering Technical Requirements Specification and Software Requirements Specification documentation.

- A deep understanding of verification and validation processes.
- A deep understanding of simulation-based testing approaches.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS, Jama, or Polarion.
- The ability to engage with stakeholders effectively and communicate clearly.
- A structured, detail-oriented, and analytical approach.
- Analyse and refine system requirements to align with programme objectives.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements.
- Develop and maintain a requirements governance framework covering end-to-end traceability, version control, and change management.
- Collaborate with end users of test systems, system designers and engineers, software developers, and integration and test teams.
- Facilitate workshops, reviews, and requirement validation sessions.
- Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business needs.
- Own the creation and progression of the Technical Requirements Specification and Software Requirements Specification.
- Produce clear, complete, unambiguous, structured, maintainable documentation suitable for engineering and test teams.
- Define end-to-end system requirements covering hardware, software, interfaces, and constraints.
- Break down high-level requirements into detailed software functionality, performance, and behavioural requirements.
- Ensure full traceability between the Technical Requirements Specification and Software Requirements Specification.
- Ensure requirements are testable and measurable.
- Align requirements with system integration and validation strategies.
- Support simulation-led testing to validate system behaviour.
