As the Store Manager for Reebok in Williamsburg, VA, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver a world-class customer experience while achieving sales and operational objectives. You will inspire, motivate, and develop your associates to foster a positive and productive work environment. You will take ownership of daily store operations, merchandising, inventory management, and team performance.

You will be the face of Reebok in the Williamsburg community, building lasting relationships with customers and representing the brand with passion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of store operations to ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a motivating and supportive culture.
• Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
• Manage store inventory, including stock levels, shrinkage control, and replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect brand identity and enhance customer experience.
• Analyze store performance metrics and implement action plans to address areas of opportunity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards including safety and loss prevention.
• Act as a brand ambassador and build strong customer relationships to increase loyalty and repeat business.
• Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a sporting goods or athletic footwear/apparel environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing budgets.
• Ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move merchandise for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
