  • Hands-on experience using LLMs such as Claude or GPT for practical problem-solving, analyzing logs, debugging agent behavior, and structuring prompts for workflow automation.
  • Deep hands-on fluency with LLMs, including structuring prompts for workflow automation, iteratively refining based on outputs, debugging agent behavior, translating ambiguous business requirements into precise AI task instructions, and building with Claude or GPT beyond using a chat interface.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft effective LLM prompts, including prompt structuring, iterative refinement, and translating business requirements into AI task instructions.
  • Ability to design creative configurations using Oscilar's AI capabilities, combining prompt-driven logic with rule-based decisioning, chaining AI outputs across workflow steps, and building novel automations.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, including agent orchestration, tool use, memory, human-in-the-loop design, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot complex software platforms at depth; the role requires engineering-level thinking and platform mastery rather than production software development.
  • Experience with API testing and prototyping tools such as Postman, and ability to independently build and validate lightweight integrations and agent workflow configurations.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and comfort operating within cloud-native environments.
Responsibilities
  • Lead technical discovery with prospective customers to uncover integration requirements, data architecture constraints, and risk decisioning objectives across onboarding, fraud, credit, and compliance use cases.
  • Architect and deliver proof-of-concept implementations using Oscilar's platform, demonstrating customer value through workflows and agentic solutions.
  • Design and present technically rigorous solution architectures tailored to each prospect's environment, including API integration patterns, data pipeline design, and agent workflow configuration.
  • Assist with technical sections of RFPs, security questionnaires, and integration feasibility assessments.
  • Serve as the primary technical voice during evaluations, building credibility and trust with customer engineering, data, and risk teams.
  • Own end-to-end technical implementation for new customers in partnership with the Technical Account Manager, Account Executive, and Sales Engineer, from kickoff through go-live, including integration design, data mapping, agent workflow configuration, and UAT support.
  • Configure and optimize Oscilar's AI agents and decisioning rules to match each customer's operational context, risk appetite, and regulatory environment.
  • Use AI coding tools such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor to rapidly prototype scripts, build workflow automations, parse logs, and debug integrations.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts throughout the customer lifecycle and maintain trusted advisor relationships with technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead technical health reviews, proactively surface performance gaps, and drive resolution of escalations.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by mapping customer workflow gaps to unused Oscilar capabilities and bringing technically detailed proposals to the Account Executive.
  • Lead technical enablement sessions and training so customer teams can operate Oscilar's agentic platform confidently and independently.
  • Design and deploy multi-step agentic workflows that automate onboarding, fraud investigation, credit decisioning, case management, alert triage, and compliance monitoring.
  • Configure agent parameters through Oscilar's UI, including field mappings, matching logic thresholds, and disposition policies.
  • Evaluate customer data infrastructure, model outputs, and decisioning logic to tune agent performance and reliability in production environments.
  • Craft and refine LLM prompts within agent workflows to support accurate, auditable, and compliant agent behavior.
  • Participate in agent backtesting sessions by running configuration changes against historical case data to validate performance before production deployment.
  • Guide customers in defining agentic AI strategy for risk operations, including decisions to automate, human-in-the-loop oversight, and agent effectiveness measures.
  • Explain agent evaluation concepts, including evals, golden datasets, and false positive feedback loops, to customer stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Stay current on agentic AI patterns, tools, and emerging best practices and apply that expertise in customer strategy conversations.
  • Synthesize patterns across customer deployments and deliver structured product feedback, feature requests, and gap analyses to product and engineering teams.
  • Contribute reusable implementation playbooks, agent workflow templates, and integration accelerators for customer deployments.
  • Participate in roadmap discussions as the field representative, identifying product opportunities based on customer and production deployment experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with financial services customers, ideally in fraud, credit risk, AML/compliance, or payments.
  • Prior experience deploying or configuring AI/ML platforms, agentic workflows, or LLM-powered systems in an enterprise context.

TransUnion launches first adverse-actionable scores against $2.4B synthetic fraud, debuts on Oscilar

TransUnion has launched Credit Washing and Synthetic Fraud Scores with adverse action capability, which it calls the first of their kind. Lenders can use them to spot synthetic identities and credit washing, and to give consumers reason codes when credit is denied. TransUnion research puts lender exposure to synthetic identity fraud at $2.4 billion as of June 2026. Consumers whose charge-offs were hidden through credit washing are 3.5 times more likely to charge off a new account within a year, and super prime consumers are 10 times more likely. Oscilar, a risk platform serving more than 100 financial institutions, is the first to offer the scores. They run alongside credit decisioning in one workflow, so lenders can cite fraud risk in adverse action notices.

Conta Azul taps Oscilar to manage fraud risk as payments business scales.

Conta Azul taps Oscilar to manage fraud risk as payments business scales. The cloud ERP provider will use Oscilar's agentic risk platform to unify fraud prevention, onboarding, and case management as it expands into payments for Brazilian SMBs PALO ALTO, Calif. & JOINVILLE, Brazil-(BUSINESS WIRE)-Oscilar, the agentic risk platform for financial institutions, today announced a partnership with Conta Azul, part of Visma and one of Brazil's leading cloud-based financial management and enterprise resource platforms for small and medium-sized businesses. Business Wire, Inc. wanted a platform its team could run ourselves, building and adjusting its own rules and testing new ideas without waiting on engineering. Oscilar gives Business Wire, Inc. that autonomy plus the freedom to connect its own data and the tools Business Wire, Inc. already use. Share Conta Azul will use Oscilar's fraud prevention, onboarding and case management capabilities to strengthen its risk operations as it expands from financial management into payments and continues scaling services for more than 100,000 businesses across Brazil. The unified system will give Conta Azul's anti-fraud and engineering teams a single real-time view of the customer journey, from onboarding through ongoing transaction monitoring. Oscilar's flexibility was a key factor in the decision. The platform adapts to Conta Azul's data in its existing structure and integrates the third-party services the team already uses, giving the fraud team the speed and control to respond as threats change. Conta Azul also plans to build on Oscilar's agentic AI capabilities. A natural-language copilot helps users create and adjust rules, while an AI agent reviews historical rule performance and recommends improvements. AI-generated case summaries give analysts a faster read on investigations, helping the team move more quickly across both strategy and day-to-day operations. "Brazil is an incredibly demanding fraud market and as Conta Azul grows from financial management into payments, the stakes for our customers only get higher," said Bruno Coconici Rodrigues, Head of Fraud at Conta Azul. "We wanted a platform our team could run ourselves, building and adjusting our own rules and testing new ideas without waiting on engineering. Oscilar gives us that autonomy plus the freedom to connect our own data and the tools we already use." "Conta Azul has spent more than a decade helping Brazilian businesses manage their finances, and as it moves deeper into payments, its fraud team has to move as fast as threats do," said Neha Narkhede, co-founder and CEO of Oscilar. "Our platform puts that control in their hands. They build and adjust rules in plain language, and AI agents help sharpen detection as the patterns shift. We are investing heavily in Brazil and Latin America, and Conta Azul is exactly the kind of team we want to grow with." Key benefits of the partnership include: * Unified fraud and onboarding operations: Onboarding (KYC and KYB), transaction fraud monitoring and case management on a single platform, in place of fragmented tooling. * Controls the fraud team owns: The team builds and adjusts rules directly and tests new strategies without waiting on engineering. * A platform shaped around Conta Azul's data: A schema-agnostic design lets the team send its own data in its own structure, with third-party services connected by Oscilar. * Faster, safer iteration: Backtesting, shadow mode, and controlled rollout let the team try changes before they go fully live. * AI-assisted rule building and case review: A natural-language copilot, an agent that recommends and refines them, and AI summaries that speed up investigations. * Room to scale: Capacity to grow as Conta Azul expands into payments and scales within Visma. * A path to agentic AI: Access to Oscilar's broader agentic capabilities as use cases expand. The partnership adds to Oscilar's growing footprint across Latin America, where financial institutions are adopting unified, agentic risk infrastructure to keep pace with changing fraud and regulatory demands.
