ProSidian Seeks a Environmental Site Assessor (ESA I/II) | Environmental Site Investigations & Risk Assessment [PCBOCC0016015] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS - Pasco County Across The South East  Region supporting Pasco County in enhancing performance, resilience, and sustainability of its water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems through comprehensive engineering, planning, environmental, and digital transformation services..

Seeking Environmental Site Assessor (ESA I/II) candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Clients such as PCBOCC.  This is a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Environmental Site Investigations & Risk Assessment Functional Area Professional - Water, Wastewater, and Reclaimed Water Conveyance Systems Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Water, Wastewater, and Reclaimed Water Conveyance Systems (Environmental Site Assessor (ESA I/II)) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County Utilities Generally Located In CONUS - Pasco County and across the South East  Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Environmental Site Assessor (ESA I/II) | Environmental Site Investigations & Risk Assessment [PCBOCC0016015]

• Conduct Phase I/II ESAs, site reconnaissance, records review, and sampling plans for PCU projects.; Evaluate potential environmental risks related to land acquisition, utility relocation, and development.; Prepare reports in accordance with ASTM and EPA guidance.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Environmental Site Assessor (ESA I/II) | Environmental Site Investigations & Risk Assessment [PCBOCC0016015] (PCBOCC0016015) Candidates:

• Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, Geology, or Engineering; HAZWOPER 40-hour certification preferred.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• 2–6 years of ESA experience in public infrastructure or consulting environments.

Skills Required

• Environmental sampling, GIS, site investigation, ASTM E1527, data analysis.

Competencies Required

• Field safety, analytical thinking, report writing, environmental regulation knowledge.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

• Recommend remedial strategies for contaminated sites in reclaimed or utility corridors.
• Assist in due diligence for easement and ROW transactions.

Other Details

• Field and office work balance; role supports acquisition, permitting, and design teams.
