Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in both automated and manual testing.
  • Experience writing full test suites using testing frameworks like Capybara and Playwright.
  • Knowledge of programming languages relevant to test automation, such as Ruby, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Strong written communication skills and can understand complex technical concepts.
  • Have an eye for design and knows what looks good and doesn't.
  • Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment.
  • Can empathize with the challenges of incident management and interest in developer-focused products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure that software projects functions as expected. This includes identifying test scenarios, determining the appropriate balance between manual and automated tests, and specifying test criteria.
  • Execute tests plans to ensure the software we ship to our clients meets an extremely high quality bar. The details matter. You are the "buck stops here" on quality.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Seek to understand the WHY behind the features we build. You have a strong product mindset and can put yourself in the shoes of the client. You also have a strong technical mindset and understand enough about software development to know how to break things :)
  • Execute and help define our automation strategy.
