Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, psychoeducation, criminology, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in psychosocial intervention.
  • Fluent English is required for the CRI–Baie-James setting.
  • Ability to adapt to a remote community.
  • Professional responsibility and autonomy.
Responsibilities
  • Accompany and support service users with psychosocial matters.
  • Assess needs and implement appropriate interventions.
  • Conduct follow-ups and write clinical records.
  • Collaborate with practitioners and community partners.
  • Promote service users' reintegration and well-being.
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary interventions.
