  • High analytical aptitude and consultative mindset to conduct value realization analysis, assessments, and discussions after the go-live of a customer’s project.
  • Comfortable with value lifecycle management, financial models (business cases), benchmarking analysis, KPI analysis, and value mapping in the context of the insurance value chain and Guidewire products / capabilities.
  • Executive presence, communication (both oral and written) skills, and presentation skills to present findings in a form that is both visually appealing and intellectually compelling;
  • Be an expert at active listening, gently directing conversations, and generating consensus.
  • Be sensitive and responsive to the needs of the customer and our internal stakeholders; ability to work effectively in highly collaborative and cross-functional teams.
  • Supports internal understanding of Value Realization (VR), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and key drivers across each.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct introductory conversations to drive customer loyalty and product penetration with our existing customer base.
  • Build customer relationships through Guidewire’s SaaS release cadence, with a focus on building enduring partnerships.
  • Promote Account Advisory engagements externally via Guidewire marketing events and public conferences.
  • Advance the state of the Account Advisory team by continuously improving the methodology and tool-sets based on customer experiences.
  • Credibly leverage best practices gained from Guidewire, and industry best practice experience.
