Creative Strategy Team
The Creative Strategy team’s responsibility is to deliver world-class influencer marketing creative strategy, solutions, and content for Linqia’s clients.

Senior Social Strategist
The Senior Social Strategist will be responsible for leading creative and content strategy for the Instagram presence of one of Linqia’s biggest clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing partner agency on community management
- Ideating on Instagram content pillars
- Pivoting creative strategy based on performance data
- Identifying trends for reactive content production
Responsibilities may extend to include:
- Other platforms (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
- Ad hoc creative support for Linqia’s revenue organization across a broader range of clients
What You’ll Do
- People & Processes:
- Act as our in-house expert on social content strategy
- Oversee partner agency relationship
- Social & Content Strategy:
- Develop content strategy for Instagram presence of a large client in the food/retail space.
- Lead creation of brief documents and provide creative feedback to creators producing content to fuel brand’s Instagram presence.
- Liaise with partner agency to ensure community management adheres to overall creative and content strategy.
- Brief partner agency on reactive content creation, crafting trend-focused Instagram content.
- Act as a consistent client-facing contact for questions related to the brand’s Instagram presence.
Ideal Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in creative and/or social and/or content strategy
- Experience running branded Instagram handles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Located in the NYC area and able to commute to the office three times a week.
Compensation Range: $110,000 - $160,000 base salary. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
