Requirements
- 2-5 years of overall experience in Java development
- Proficiency in Struts, JSP, EJB 3.0, Web Services; candidate with Hibernate experience will be considered in lieu of EJB 3
- 2-5 years of experience in system analysis, design, and implementation of web-based applications
- Hands-on experience in full development life cycle of enterprise-scale software applications
- Proficiency with Oracle object oriented analysis, design, and implementation of web-based applications
- Expertise in JSP, Java Servlet, Struts, EJB3
- Experience with WebLogic application server is a plus
- Working knowledge of EJB, PL/SQL and JMS is a plus
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement web-based enterprise software applications utilizing JSP, Java Servlets, Struts, EJB3; participate in the full development life cycle; analyze and design using Oracle object oriented analysis, design, and implementation
- Collaborate on projects requiring Struts, JSP, EJB3, and web services; contribute to system analysis and design and implementation decisions
Desired Qualifications
- Hibernate experience in lieu of EJB3
- WebLogic application server experience is a plus
- 6 months contract-to-hire duration
