- Basic computer and math knowledge.
- Ability to count money.
- Ability to complete point-of-sale transactions accurately while interacting with customers, coworkers, and telephone customers, and simultaneously monitor entrance and exit points for shrinkage.
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds frequently, and negligible force constantly to move objects.
- Ability to stand and walk for eight hours or more per day and perform stooping, reaching, keyboarding, grasping, talking, hearing, feeling, and repetitive motions.
- Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, view a terminal, read extensively, inspect small defects and parts, use measurement devices, assess work accuracy and neatness, and observe business activity.
- Ability to operate a cash register, POS program, Eagle Browser, and OpenOffice.
- Ability to meet customer expectations, communicate to address customer needs and concerns, maintain ethical conduct, take responsibility for mistakes, keep commitments, treat others respectfully, support group goals, accept differing viewpoints, and build relationships.
