  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • At least 14 years of systems integration and systems engineering-related or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading combined hardware/software and space/ground integration activities.
  • Experience using model-based systems engineering tools and methods.
  • Experience with systems architecting and lifecycle support.
  • Experience implementing agile development techniques.
  • Experience applying Agile and/or DevOps development processes.
  • Must have an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Perform integrated product support in accordance with Air Force Instructions 63-101/20-101, reference documents, specifications, and the 12 Integrated Product Support elements.
  • Support the Government in preparing Statement of Work proposal instructions and Contract Data Requirements Lists for Space Sensing programs' Requests for Proposals.
  • Support or represent the Product Support Division by assisting with technical evaluations for Requests for Proposals.
  • Participate in program-related Integrated Product Teams and other programmatic meetings.
  • Provide product support in the development of Space Development systems and contribute to future development from a product support perspective.
  • Use acquisition and sustainment planning documents, including the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan, Source of Repair Assignment, Transition Support Plan, and Product Support Business Case Analysis.
  • Support the Government with managing, identifying, and tracking Government Furnished Property, including using the Government Furnished Property Module in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment.
  • Assist with establishing user access and roles in the Government Furnished Property Module and establishing Department of Defense Activity Address Codes for contractor locations receiving Government Furnished Property deliveries.
  • Prepare and submit Form 8 Availability and Supportability Request Forms to item managers for Government Furnished Property on contracts as needed.
  • Apply regulations and policies related to Government property, including Federal Acquisition Regulation 45, Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.245-1, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 245, and applicable Department of Defense and Air Force instructions.
  • Use the Government Furnished Property Module to track and record contractor reports and receipts of delivered Government Furnished Property shipments.
  • Ensure contracts are Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness inspection-ready by maintaining required Key Support Documentation.
  • Ensure contracts with Government Furnished Property have compliant Government Furnished Property attachments referenced in Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Procedures, Guidance, and Information 245.103-72.
  • Ensure decisions to provide Government Furnished Property on contracts are documented in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Procedures, Guidance, and Information 245.103-70.
  • Ensure Government Furnished Property clauses exist on contracts.
  • Ensure contractor receipts of Government Furnished Property deliveries are generated and archived in the Government Furnished Property Module.
  • Apply policies and procedures for delivering and transferring Contractor Acquired Property from one contract to another.
