Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience across management consulting, business strategy / analytics, business operations, or other analytically-intensive roles
  • Proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions
  • Strong project management, organization, and presentation skills
  • Problem solver at core, with a strong bias for action
  • Passionate about using analytics to build insights around problems and opportunities
  • Comfortable with a fast pace and several moving parts
  • Ability to take very broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear milestones and goals, with minimal guidance
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Responsibilities
  • Identify, plan, and execute a number of strategic growth, profitability, and customer experience workstreams
  • Work closely with some of the largest global brands on our platform and their Partnership Managers
  • Be instrumental to growth and operational game plan for one or more of our top partners
  • Work cross functionally with marketing, ops, finance, legal, analytics, and product to drive business forward

The platform allows users to browse menus and place orders, which are delivered by drivers known as "Dashers." DoorDash's business model includes charging restaurants a commission and customers delivery and service fees, creating a three-sided marketplace.
