About the job
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position at a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas to hotel standards.
- Make beds, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
- Remove room service trays and trolleys, and keep public areas neat and tidy.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure fire exits and stairways remain clear.
- Handle room keys responsibly and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing requests through the valet service.
- Perform other duties assigned and directed by supervisors.
