  • French and English proficiency, oral and written.
  • Three to four years of experience with industrial system review and calculations.
  • A hunter mindset, strong technical aptitude, and a general understanding of industrial processes.
  • Interpersonal savvy to build and maintain relationships.
  • Time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Presentation skills and experience preparing professional PowerPoint decks.
  • A valid driver’s license.

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
Responsibilities
  • Provide field technical sales support to customers for spray and valve products, systems, and automation.
  • Generate sales opportunities and leads through prospecting.
  • Establish and maintain professional business relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Service existing customers and grow the territory.
  • Visit customers to review products and applications, evaluate needs, and recommend custom solutions.
  • Manage the customer relationship management system.
  • Participate in joint calls with management, suppliers, and representatives from other divisions.
  • Continue learning through suppliers, factories, and virtual resources.
  • Meet or exceed territory sales and profitability targets while maintaining and growing business for Spray and Valve products.
  • Travel to customer and supplier sites, including day travel estimated at 60–75% and overnight travel as required, approximately 20% of overall travel.
Desired Qualifications
  • Outside sales experience of one to three years involving industrial spray and/or valve products is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of industry products, systems, and applications.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management software systems.
