- At least 7 years of experience managing large-scale, data-intensive applications while partnering with technology and business users.
- Understanding of large-scale operational and analytic data modeling, solution architecture, system design, analytics, and tuning.
- Understanding of software development, maintenance, and break/fix processes.
- Ability to dissect business problems into actionable tasks and follow through with task owners.
- Understanding of general banking operations and service offerings.
- Support the re-entry business process in loss mitigation.
- Fix, automate, and rewrite existing reports so they do not need to be completed manually each day.
