We represent Aerospace & Defense OEMs and supply base, MRO providers and supplier networks, and defense ministries and service branches.
Automotive
We support leading automotive and commercial vehicle OEMs, automotive suppliers and companies such as mobility providers and aftermarket players
Aviation
We represent passenger and cargo carriers, airports, service providers, MRO providers and supplier networks, governments, investors, and distribution..
Industrial Goods
We support leading manufacturing companies along their entire value chains, including production systems, machine tools, and plant engineering.
Logistics
We serve all sectors of freight transport and Logistics space, from asset-heavy carriers (Road, Rail, Air, and Ocean) to asset-light and fully digital logistics models.
Rail
We support passenger and freight operators, railway infrastructure providers, mass transit and mobility players, rolling stock manufacturers, and governments.

SENIOR CONSULTANTS play a key role in delivering client engagements, taking ownership of major workstreams from problem structuring through analysis, synthesis, and recommendation development. You will work independently to solve complex problems, manage priorities, and ensure your work is rigorous, relevant, and actionable. You will collaborate closely with clients and senior team members, while also supporting and coaching junior colleagues. Senior Consultants are expected to combine strong analytical skills with sound judgment, team leadership, and an increasingly confident client presence.
ASSOCIATES break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying the key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants to those elements. You will effectively plan and execute analysis as well as identify the core issues in complex analyses in order to be able to craft suitable recommendations. You’ll work side by side with clients and your project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams to get the work done. Clients and colleagues look to Associates for unique insight into the subject area which they have chosen.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Just as every client project is different, so we recognize and value the diversity of backgrounds and skillsets for successful candidates. We are seeking high-caliber individuals who want to join our winning team. Preference will be given to candidates with:
At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization) or with industry experience from a strategy department or inhouse consulting
In-depth knowledge of TAI sectors
Strong analytical and synthesis skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and presentrecommendations
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
Fluency in English and German language is required
An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
Willingness to travel
Know how to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you’ve already got to good use
Not just intelligence, but creativity too: you’ll be ready to come up with novel ideas to solve our clients’ biggest problems
Have an aptitude for analytical work, like sniffing out clues in massive data sets or hunting down the key issues in a hugely complex challenge
