Responsibilities
  • Support a range of Client Success activities, including client reporting and client admin/operations
  • Support the Well Onsite Scheduling Program with clients, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination of services
  • Support Client Success Onsite events, providing excellent customer service and assistance to clients and participants
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly and effectively
  • Maintain and update client records, documenting interactions and feedback
  • Ability to travel up to 80% for onsite client events and meetings
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Looker is a plus
  • Desire to grow analytics/reporting skills
