  • 5+ years of experience creating color/material/textile programs in a retail/manufacturing environment

  • Own key product designs of performance footwear
  • Ensure product design meets quality standards and seasonal timelines
  • Influence briefs/concepts with design POV on story-telling, color, material, and finishes
  • Work on diverse scope of inline and pre-season product designs
  • Organize and deliver product design presentations
  • Collaborate with various teams for product creation
  • Maintain calendar/timelines for timely project completion
  • Answer critique with alternative design options
  • Conduct visits to factories and material suppliers
  • Travel as necessary to Asia, Europe, trade shows, races, retailers, or other events
