Requirements
  • Genuine interest in current food trends and interacting with guests.
  • Previous hospitality and/or food service experience.
  • A sense of urgency and strong work ethic to coordinate service cycles and stocking needs.

  • Valid Food Handlers Certification.
  • Ability to stand, reach with arms and hands, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds when required.
  • Availability for a full-time hourly schedule, typically mornings and afternoons Monday through Friday, with occasional early morning, evening, and weekend shifts based on business demands.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure each guest feels valued by offering excellent customer service.
  • Accurately process cash, credit-card, and debit payments through a point-of-sale terminal.
  • Assist with service and cleaning activities in food-service, retail, meeting-room, and dining-room areas, including quality improvement, sanitation, and facility-related activities.
  • Balance high volume with high quality.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development.
  • Receive, understand, and communicate guest feedback.
  • Contribute to future menu offerings using firsthand knowledge of guest preferences and feedback.
  • Learn and understand all menu items to better assist guests and contribute to future menus using guest feedback.
  • Set up, serve, clean, and tear down the meeting/tasting room.
  • Gather and assemble pre-ordered meals and assist guests with the purchasing process.
  • Follow quality-assurance standards when handling food and cleaning workstations and guest areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
