Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience building web applications with modern frameworks such as Next, React, Vue, Node, FastAPI, or Tailwind.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team setup and an agile startup environment.
  • A product-minded approach with a focus on frontend development and curiosity about backend development.
  • Experience deploying applications using containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker.
  • Experience integrating artificial intelligence deeply into daily coding tasks.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English at a minimum C1 level.
  • A valid work permit to work in Germany.
Responsibilities
  • Build 0-to-1 products and beyond with the founders by shipping major features and product lines end-to-end, from specification through launch and measurement.
  • Implement core application programming interfaces, data models, and user interfaces, and make pragmatic architecture choices with high autonomy.
  • Ship the first version quickly and iterate weekly using real user feedback.
  • Hire and mentor junior engineers if interested.
