Requirements
  • Must possess a valid non-commercial driver's license.
  • Previous delivery-driving experience is required.
  • Must have a good driving record.
  • Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 65 pounds; the role involves heavy, repetitive lifting.
  • Must have good knowledge of the surrounding area.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to manage one's work to meet deadlines.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company delivery vehicles in accordance with federal, state, and local transportation regulations and company safety standards.
  • Deliver products to customer locations according to established routes and schedules.
  • Load, unload, and transport products, including cases, kegs, and related merchandise.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Verify delivery orders, invoices, and other required documentation for accuracy.
  • Ensure products are delivered in excellent condition and placed according to customer requirements.
  • Collect signatures, complete delivery paperwork, and maintain accurate delivery records.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service during customer interactions.
  • Communicate with supervisors and commercial team members about delivery status or issues.
  • Follow company safety procedures, including proper lifting, loading, and unloading techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
  • Assist with warehouse, inventory, and other operational duties as assigned.
