Simulmedia, a trailblazer in revolutionizing advertising effectiveness across streaming, linear TV, video games, and tech platforms, seeks an exceptional VP of Engineering to lead our growing engineering team in Ukraine. This pivotal role reports directly to the Executive Chairman. This role is critical in driving the development and delivery of our innovative advertising technology platform across streaming, linear TV, video games, and tech platforms.

This position is located in Lviv, Ukraine. The core team is located in Lviv and primarily works remotely with occasional team meetings in the office.

○Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple locations, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

○Ensure the engineering team is aligned with the company’s strategic goals and product roadmap.

○Collaborate with the Product and Engineering leaders to define and execute the technology strategy, ensuring the selection and implementation of cutting-edge technologies and architectures.

○Drive the development and delivery of high-quality software, ensuring best practices in engineering, security, and DevOps.

○Work closely with product management, design, and data science teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of product features.

○Facilitate communication and collaboration across different teams and offices to ensure alignment and efficiency.

○Attract, retain, and develop top engineering talent, creating a strong technical culture that promotes innovation and growth.

○Mentor and guide engineering leaders and teams, fostering professional development and leadership skills.

●Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing engineering teams.

●Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and with high quality.

●Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and cloud technologies.

●Experience in digital advertising technology or related fields is highly desirable.

●Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams across different locations.
