The Opportunity:

Observe.AI is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital and ABM strategy. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth, leading paid and SEO demand, optimizing our website, enhancing our online presence, and playing a key role in the overall growth of the company.

What you will be doing:

Craft and implement comprehensive ABM and demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth and expedite sales across digital channels.
Create and refine an omni-channel approach, leveraging paid media, email, retargeting, display, direct mail, web optimization, SEO, and SEM to drive ROI.
Drive initiatives to accelerate upmarket growth, develop programs and experiments targeting higher-value segments.
Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand activities on pipeline, bookings, conversions, and average selling price.
Hire, develop, and lead a team of high-performing digital marketing experts.

Who you are:

8+ years’ experience developing and executing digital marketing and ABM strategies that drive pipeline growth.
Hands-on experience in digital channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, SEM, and display.
Must be able to build a plan without an agency.
Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a focus on team development, scalability, and achieving organizational goals.
Data-driven decision-maker with experience using data insights to make informed decisions and refine strategies.
Demonstrated ability to approach business challenges with creativity, innovation, and a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Mutiny, Sanity, or comparable CMS.
