  • Prior banking or financial services experience, with a minimum of 1 year.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inquiries regarding checking, savings, certificates of deposit, individual retirement accounts, online banking, and home equity products.
  • Resolve complex account issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of virtual bankers to meet individual and branch performance goals by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Drive deposit, lending, and cross-sell growth through coaching.
  • Support bankers in uncovering client needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, including Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering requirements.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending documentation.
