IT Recruitment Coordinator
About the job
- Experience within the recruitment industry, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very strong client-facing skills.
- Research skills and a keen interest in Information Technology.
- Ability to stay organized while coordinating with internal and external hiring managers, candidates, agencies, and the internal recruitment team.
- Fluent English and German; other languages are a plus.
- Candidates must declare a criminal record extract no older than three months.
- Screen and qualify candidates, make detailed notes, and present qualified candidates to internal or external hiring managers.
- Support and manage the recruitment process to deliver a positive impression to candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the recruitment process.
- Build a trusted network of inactive, passive, and active candidates, and maintain contact with important candidates.
- Gain market intelligence through conversations and create business development leads.
- Engage, question, and listen to people.
- Map the market and source candidates through methods including headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn, and Xing.
- Other languages are a plus.
