- Three years of healthcare experience are required.
- Proven leadership experience is required.

- Supervise staff, including recruitment, performance management, time-clock administration, and running daily huddles.
- Monitor operations and suggest operational changes.
- Oversee staff schedules and ensure coverage.
- Train new staff and retrain current staff.
- Run reports and confer with management on the results.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Maintain timekeeping.
- Communicate information between management and employees.
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures, and undertake disciplinary actions in conjunction with management when needed.
- Handle daily deposits and petty cash.
- Participate in conferences and meetings, and represent the clinic on organizational initiatives.
