  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • C, C++, Objective-C, Python and/or other automation language experience

Responsibilities
  • Identify software bug trends, quickly assess severity and priority of bug reports, and assign them to the correct engineering teams.
  • Work closely with the Core Bluetooth engineering team, cross-functional engineering teams within Apple, as well as external partners, to identify and resolve software issues.
  • Identify emerging issues from bug reports submitted by Apple employees and external developers, following up with reporters to gather critical information to support the team in debugging.
  • Leverage data sources and machine learning models from across Apple to develop tools that enhance the team's triage efficiency and accuracy.
