  • Qualified to practice in England and Wales
  • 4+ years PQE with relevant experience drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts
  • Experience as part of an in-house legal department for a fast-paced, high-growth software/SaaS company strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and other European and global security and privacy laws
  • Strong knowledge of UK commercial and contractual law
  • Experience with UK and/or Polish employment laws and regulations is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Documented history of ability to balance the needs of multiple initiatives and competing demands
  • Collaborative work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented/open environment
Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, provide guidance on, and negotiate commercial contracts of all types, including large scale enterprise SaaS agreements
  • Partner with internal business clients to develop and execute action plans in order to resolve the issues presented in contract negotiations
  • Support a variety of legal projects, including those relating to privacy, security, employment, and compliance
  • Coordinate with subject matter legal experts and outside attorneys to ensure efficient delivery of legal services in EMEA
  • Develop strong relationships with internal contacts from various departments to ensure high service level and anticipate special needs
